Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I'm serious. Empty your evening bag, your billfold, and leave all money, credit cards and cheques out of the casino. Take only the money you anticipate to spend on drinks, tipping and few dollars you intend to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You can have a win after a drunken evening out with your buddies and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps table. Hang on to that account considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and wager. The two just do not go well together.
Keeping your moolah at home might be a tiny bit excessive, but defensive measures for drastic behavior is compulsory. If you play to profit, then don't drink and bet. If you like to burn your assets without a worry, then consume all the no charge beer your stomach are able to handle, but don't carry credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your drunken self squanders all the cash!
Let me to carry this a single step further. Don't drink and then hop on the net to bet in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my house, however since I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can't drink alcohol and gamble.
How come? Although I do not drink to excess, when I drink alcohol, it's certainly enough to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I don't drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don't wager at the same time. Both create a ferocious, and expensive, cocktail.
