If you enjoy having a a cocktail every now and then, keep your money out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I'm serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and leave all cash, credit cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Grab whatever cash you expect to spend on alcohol, tips and only the pocket change you anticipate to throw away and keep the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Just realistic. You could have a profit after a drunken night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Keep that story because it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not go well together.

Keeping your money at home is a tiny bit excessive, but defensive measures for excessive actions is essential. If you gamble to profit, then don't drink alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a worry, then consume all the complimentary beer your stomach can handle, but do not take credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your inebriated brain squanders every little thing!

Allow me to carry this one step further. do not drink and then hop on to the internet to gamble in your preferred internet casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my condo, but since I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and bet.

How come? Even though I do not consume alcohol a lot, when I drink, it's certainly enough to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don't wager when you do. The two mix up for an awful, and costly, drink.
